Who we are

Orders
- Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if an item has run out, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the details look false. If you've paid, we refund you in full.
- You can cancel free of charge until the parcel is handed to the courier — on the Track order page, or by WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk) and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you order.
- Pay cash on delivery, or online through SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards) when offered. We never see or store your card or wallet PIN.
- Discount codes are one per order, can't be exchanged for cash and may have an end date, minimum order or use limit.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates; see Delivery & Returns. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If an order is refused without a reason after we've sent it, we may ask for the delivery charge in advance on future orders.
Exchanges and refunds
- You can ask for an exchange within 7 days of delivery on the Track order page or by WhatsApp. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags.
- Faulty or wrong items are replaced free. If we can't replace them, we refund the item price by bKash, Nagad or the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the item back. Online payments are refunded in full if we cancel your order.

Products and photos
We show colours and sizes as accurately as we can, but screens differ and sizes can vary a little between styles — check the size guide. Photos are for illustration.
Reviews
Reviews come from customers with a delivered order. We check them before they appear and may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal details. We don't edit what you write.
Your account and your details
Keep your password private. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. How we use your details is explained in our Privacy note.
If something goes wrong
Message us first — we'll do our best to fix it quickly. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or other Bangladeshi law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
