What we collect
When you order, we ask for:
- Your name, mobile number and delivery address
- Your delivery area, any note you add, and the items you ordered
We never ask for card or bank details. You don't need an account to shop.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your order
- To send your invoice and contact you about your order on WhatsApp or by phone
- To keep basic sales records for our business
We don't send promotional messages unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
- Only FBrics. Our order records are stored securely on Cloudflare and our dashboard is protected by a login.
- Your name, number and address are shared with our delivery partner only so they can deliver your parcel.
- We never sell or rent your information.
Saved on your phone
If you tick “Save my details” at checkout, your name, number and address are saved in your own browser so the form fills in next time. Your cart is saved there too. Untick the box at your next checkout, or clear your browser data, to remove them.
If you create an account
Your account keeps your name, mobile number and/or email, and delivery address so checkout is faster and you can see your orders. Your password is stored in scrambled (hashed) form — nobody at FBrics can read it. If you forget it, message us and we'll send you a temporary one. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Visitor statistics
We count visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you personally. It only tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they viewed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do it within 7 days.
