The charge for your area is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–5 working days.
- We confirm every order on WhatsApp before sending it. Delivery may take longer during holidays or bad weather; we'll let you know.
Cash on delivery
- Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment needed.
- Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If it's the wrong item or damaged, don't accept it — tell us and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
- If an order is refused without a reason after we've sent it, we may ask for the delivery charge before sending future orders.
7-day easy exchange
Changed your mind about the size, or something isn't right? You can exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Keep your invoice number (it starts with FB-).
- Wrong size: we exchange it for another size, if in stock. We cover the delivery for one size exchange per order.
- Faulty or wrong item: we replace it free, delivery included.
Refunds
- If a faulty item can't be replaced, we refund the item price by bKash or Nagad within 3 working days of receiving it back.
- Size exchanges are exchanges, not refunds.

Send us your invoice number and a photo of the item on WhatsApp. We'll arrange the rest.
